About the position of IT Team Lead Cloud & Collaboration
What to expect of the IT Team Lead Cloud & Collaboration position within Huisman?
IT Team Lead Cloud & Collaboration is part of a Global IT Operations Team and acts as the right hand of the Global IT Operations Manager. This position acts as a bridge between management and technology: on one hand assist and supports IT management with lead activities, on the other hand act as a Cloud & Collaboration specialist. Besides coordination and lead activities, the IT Team Lead Cloud & Collaboration is hands-on in Microsoft Azure and preferably also in Microsoft teams and/or Microsoft SharePoint and/or Microsoft Exchange.

What do we expect of you?
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the IT Cloud & Collaboration team;
- Setting short- and long-term objectives for a part within the discipline;
- Able to keep overview, plan & organize, get insight, and analyse situations based on facts;
- Has experience managing people is a pre;
- Experience working in projects, experience as a project lead is preferred;
- Has a proven record working with Azure and/or Microsoft 365 solutions;
- Has a process mindset, good familiar with operational ITIL processes;
- Has an intrinsic drive to continuously improve and to standardize;
- Has a systematic/ methodical way of working meaning first to design/ think before implementing;
- Is a good communicator and team player, able collaborate in various initiatives;
- Ensures availability of applicable policies and operating procedures;
- Ensures adequate and optimized maintenance and support.

You have:
- Bachelor level of education (Hbo);
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
- A good command of the Dutch language verbally and in writing;
- ITIL Foundation;
- Prince2 or equivalent;
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure;
- Preferable expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions / Microsoft Cloud solutions;
- Experience in leading small teams.
Some practical things we need you to have:
- An EU passport/valid work permit for the Netherlands;
- A good command of the English language verbally and in writing.
